More than anything, a struggling sex drive isn’t anything except a mental blockage (for most people). It’s almost as if it’s a self-fulfilling prophecy. Although there’s about 84% of men that state perfume either turns them on or turns them off; at which point, a woman should be very careful with what scent she decides to wear during their date.

2. Exercise. Preferably aerobic workouts like walking, jogging, swimming & bike riding will work the best.
